Vail

Vail is located in the Northwestern regions of Colorado, USA. If you are a tourist, and you want to visit Val, you can get there by car if you travel through I-70. You can also fly into Vail through Eagle County Airport or the Denver International Airport. Although the Eagle County Airport is about 35 miles away from Vail, you can still get to Vail via van, which will cost you about $40. You can also choose to go by bus; travelling via Greyhound is still cheapest, costing about $12-30 with advanced purchase 1-way tickets.

When in Vail, it is best to just ride the free shuttle that takes people around the immediate surroundings, as having a car will be a little costly. Vail also offers parking garages, if you are from somewhere else but decide to ski in Vail. There are, however, a lot of free buses that travel throughout Vail. While in Vail you can snowboard/ski, eat on mountain restaurants, rode on the Gondola, or go on Vail snowboarding tours. During the summer, you can go mountain biking, go rafting, and have a relaxing day of golf. There are plenty of places to go out and get drinks; there’s the Red Lion, The Club, Garfinkle’s, The George and The Altitude Club. There are also many accommodations for you to choose from. There’s Lionshead Village and Spa, Vail 21 Condominiums and Destination Resorts Vail, just to name a few.
